Absences CANNOT exceed 22.5 HOURS OR 6 CONSECUTIVE days per semester.

will count AGAINST your attendance.
There is no GRACE PERIOD.

Students can attend a MAXIMUM of 4 semesters.

Students are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date. If students move without updating their address, before a check is mailed to their previous location on file. It is not the responsibility of the staff to locate the check. The responsibility is on the student. Proof of email notification is required for check pick up: if your inbox is full, you change your email or the email initially provided is incorrect it is the student's responsibility to update or correct this information.

If contact information needs to be changed, students will need to submit a Change Request form.
Students who are administratively withdrawn are NOT eligible for a refund.
NONREFUNDABLE FEES: Registration fee, Student activity fee, Parking pass, and ID Badges
UNUSED tuition and REFUNDABLE fees will be refunded if the student does not begin class or withdraws during the 10 day drop/add period.Eligibility for 100% Refund: Class is Cancelled
